 Your hour of power and with H.I.T.T. training and  Cardio Exercises in Calhoun! Strengthen all your major muscles with simple movements for all ages & fitness levels in this group strength training program.  Great instruction and fantastic music lead the way during each of these group fitness classes! Strong is a fun 60-minute workout for the full body.

Zumba classes are typically about an hour long and are taught by instructors licensed by Zumba Fitness. In one Zumba class, a person can burn between 500-1000 calories, depending on the energy put forth training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.
