  This course is designed to provide some training in the many aspects of self-defense. Course includes both aggressive and non-aggressive techniques.  

This class has physical demands that enhance your ability to cross train in other martial arts and fitness programs offered here at Firehouse Gym and other locations. 

The hand eye coordination of the student will greatly improve. 

This class is Bi weekly.

 Your hour of power and with H.I.T.T. training and  Cardio Exercises in Calhoun! Strengthen all your major muscles with simple movements for all ages & fitness levels in this group strength training program.  Great instruction and fantastic music lead the way during each of these group fitness classes! Strong is a fun 60-minute workout for the full body.

BARRE

 is a form of physical exercise, usually conducted in group classes in gyms or specialty studios. It is distinguished from other group fitness activities by its use of the  ballet barre and its incorporation of movements derived from ballet. These classical dance movements and positions are combined with those drawn from yoga and even Pilates and other equipment is sometimes used in addition to the barre, bands, weighted balls, and even hand weights.

A high intensity dance party on a bike. Bike workouts can help to build strength in your core, guards and glued. In addition light weights are added for a full body workout. 

HIIT spin workouts will build endurance and increase your post workout calories 

All levels of fitness will feel accomplished after one session!

This total body workout focuses on step, strength and core. Sessions enable participants to strengthen bones and muscles, improve balance, reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease, reduce stress and enhance mood.

This BOOTCAMP is a great way to get the weekend going strong. Full of high energy and like-minded people pushing each other to get more fit and stay healthy. This class is a High-Intensity Interval Training class
